What is PLR?

PLR stands for “private label rights.”

With these articles and e-reports you have the right (and responsibility) to modify the content; the right name yourself as author (when you modify the content); and the right to sell or giveaway the content (after the modification of content).

How Does PLR work?

You buy the packet or e-report. The format (Word, RTF, PowerPoint, etc.) will be noted to the right, along with the information on word count and price. You then take the content and re-format it approximately 30% to make it your own.

Perhaps you need to insert certain keywords. Perhaps you market yourself to a particular niche market or a geographic location.

It doesn’t take long to take a professionally written article and tweak it here and there so that it becomes powerful, useful content for your own site, newsletters, etc.
